Straume Technology Center

Just 15 minutes from Bergen city center, and within walking distance of Sartor Center and the Kystby garage, you will find Straume Technology Center. Right in the heart of Straume Business Park, surrounded by a growing business community, the Sotra Arena sports area, kindergarten, pre school and youth school, and popular hiking areas, everything is geared for businesses and their employees to thrive here.

This iconic center was built in 2008 and has since been a well-known landmark on Straume. Both due to exposed location, but perhaps most due to the attractive meeting places in the auditorium, the canteen and the entreprenaurial environment in Gründerparken. Liegruppen acquired Straume Technology Center in December 2019.

With its approx. 8,000 square meters, the office building can house up to 300 employees, and with around 240 parking spaces, the building is easily accessible to both tenants and visitors. In the building's four wings you will find cell offices, open landscapes, and combined solutions.

Thanks to the spacious auditorium that seats more than 130 people, the building has in recent years become known as a gathering place for the local business council, Vest Næringsråd's, member meetings, as well as a number of events by internal and external users. The canteen on the top floor has a view that must be experienced. Here, tenants' employees are served daily delicious dishes in common with the employees in the innovative environment that has their working day on the building.

With charging stations for electric cars, modern equipment in the auditorium, water-borne heat, access to common meeting rooms, and some of the country's leading and most innovative companies in IT solutions for the public sector, the building has really earned its name.
